We kindly ask you to read and follow the instructions below, in order to allow us to guarantee you our best service.

RESERVATION POLICY
We require a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Modification or cancellation of the reservation: send an email to the address ristorante@lamadernassa.it paying attention to the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
100 € per person will be applied in case of:
No show on the date and time of booking
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked arrival time
Failure to communicate a reduction in the number of seats less than 24 hours from the booked arrival time

MENU'
To better appreciate the experience at our restaurant, we suggest you choose from one of our tasting menus that you can consult at the following link https://www.lamadernassa.it/menu-ristorante/.

The choice à la carte will be possible only with tables of up to 3 diners. Starting from 4 diners please choose the same menu for everyone. It will be a pleasure for us to meet, where possible, your needs to replace some courses of the proposed tasting menus if you send us the request at least 1 day before the booked date, by sending an email to ristorante@lamadernassa.it The chosen menu must be the same for all diners at the same table, even in the variations requested, it will be our care to make the necessary changes for diners who report food intolerances or allergies when choosing the menu.

The menus published may vary depending on the availability of fresh produce, and the creativity of our chef. If you wish to report further special requests, such as cakes, floral gifts, presentation of menus without prices at the table and more, send an email to ristorante@lamadernassa.it . For floral gifts to be placed at the table indicate the quantity and type of favourite flowers and the indicative value to which we will have to adhere. You will be contacted if we need further details.

ARRIVAL AT THE RESTAURANT

The reservation is valid up to 30 minutes after the agreed time. In any case no later than 14.00 for lunch and 21.30 for dinner.

RESTAURANT POLICY

Comply with the provisions in force regarding government, regional and municipal indications for covid19 epidemiological containment. Upon your arrival our staff will provide you in any case with the necessary information.

If you are in possession of a Voucher-Gift Card, make sure you have indicated the number in the booking notes, bring it with you and deliver it upon your arrival at the Restaurant. In case of failure to report, the use of the Voucher- Gift Card will not be valid for this reservation.

Your small 4-legged friends, as per regulatory provisions, can only stay outdoors or in dedicated areas. Those who wish to bring them must inform of their presence at the time of booking or with a subsequent email sent to ristorante@lamadernassa.it so that we can contact you for any problems.
