The menu is inspired by the rich culinary heritage of southern and northern Italy. Chefs Giuseppe and Francesco D’Errico bring their Campanian roots into harmony with the ingredients and elegance of Piedmontese cuisine.

A special feature of PICO Bistrot is the presence of truffle all year round. From the white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) in autumn to all black truffle seasonal varieties, offered as an optional ingredient.

Despite its casual bistro spirit, PICO boasts an extensive and refined wine list, elegantly featuring labels from local, national, and international wineries, carefully selected to satisfy even the most discerning palates and enhance every culinary experience.
